Salary:  $55,000 to $65,000 per year

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Determine the specifications of the client's glasses according to his activities and needs from the prescription issued by an optometrist or an ophthalmologist;
• Analyze and adjust the customer's glasses;
• Take measurements for the manufacture of glasses;
• Help the client choose their frames and lenses;
• Check the shipment of orders to our laboratory;
• Follow up on current orders;
• Open, verify and follow up on contact lens files;
• Will work in the Laval and Terrebonne branches;
• Must be available 1 weekend out of 2.

REQUIRED SKILLS

Training required: Techniques of visual orthotics

Years of experience related to the job: 1 to 2 years of experience (asset)

• Demonstrates autonomy and resourcefulness;
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients;
• Have a good team spirit;
• Motivated to provide quality customer service;
• Know how to define your priorities;
• Be meticulous;
• Experience in eyewear (Asset).
