The team:

Our fast paced, fun, and professional clinic is based in Lethbridge, with a sister office in Fort MacLeod. We have opened our new state-of-art facility in South Lethbridge and are now expanding our team!

We aim to provide amazing customer experience to our patients while providing comprehensive knowledge of their eye health and eye care. We are seeking unique candidates to bring innovative ideas, exceptional patient care and the desire to grow within our team.

We are seeking a Certified Optometric Assistant who is outgoing, sales-focused, and personable. Previous experience in vision health and understanding of both lens technology, frame trends, and style would be an asset. Comprehensive training will be provided.

The role:

• Creating a memorable experience for patients in our office and helping them to make an informed decision on our products and services

• Working alongside our team to ensure that our patient's visit is exceptional and seamless

• Perform duties and optical dispensing as well as demonstrating eagerness and creativity to enhance the eye care services

• Ability to learn and grasp new products and technology and connect them with the community

• Excellent communicator and problem-solver with a strong willingness to learn

• Ability to have fun and self-motivate

• Detail-oriented to ensure accuracy

• Experience in retail sales and/or customer service is an asset

• Professional attitude and teamwork culture
