The tasks related to the Optician are divided into 3 stages:

1. Customer service

• Respond to customer questions at a more technical level
• Target the source of a dissatisfied customer's problem (vision, discomfort, etc.)
• Adjust the frames upon delivery
• Mount readjustment

2. Sales advice

• Suggest frames to customers, advise them of products suited to their taste as well as their optical needs *
• Interpret the order summarily
• * Taking measurements
• Responsibility for the final choice of the sale

3. Laboratory

• Trimming assembly about 15-20 h
• Very well equipped, new and very functional laboratory
• Know how to manage order deadlines
