Job Description

Centennial Optical Limited, one of Canada’s largest distributor of eyewear products, is looking for an energetic sales representative to join our Lens Division team.

You are a results oriented individual who will contribute to the growth and profitability of our company. Your responsibilities include building customer relationships and gaining commitment to initiate product trial and increase product usage. You will plan, develop and conduct on-site training to increase demand for our products and to provide guidance on proper lens fitting techniques. Additionally you will plan and participate in trade shows, professional association meetings and wholesale laboratory sponsored meetings within the territory.

This position is based in Ontario and travel is a key requirement. The territory covers London area and southwestern Ontario.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Effective sales, communication (written and oral), presentation, analytical and computer skills are required. Optical experience is an asset. An undergraduate degree or diploma is optimal. Sales experience in a comparable field, combined with a degree can be substituted for optical experience.
